Our party at the Armoury Studios a was out of this world. We had an incredible time improving our health & well-being through different modalities, connecting with other like-minded humans and raising the last portion of the money for our Mexico home build 🙌 🙌 🙌 @coldplungecrew
We started the evening with an amazing sound bath session, followed by a mindful movement session and a dance party in the main studio. Then, upstairs, we had the ice baths, ready to go, and the delicious snacks & drinks from our lovely sponsors by the lounge.
It was an amazing sober party, where everyone got to make a new friends, and contribute to a hearty cause.
Thank you so much to our guests, facilitators, sponsors, volunteers, and the studio for supporting our cause, and help us achieve our fundraising goal. This is all possible because of you and at the end of January 2023 a less fortunate family will have a new place to call home. Yes!
