We had an incredible time connecting with other like-minded people, improving our health & well-being, and raising money for the 4 Mexican kids the Cold Plunge Crew is supporting @coldplungecrew
People arrived at the place a bit earlier and had a few moments to talk to each other and connecting before the mindfulness sessions.
@hannahmareetodd led the amazing grounding meditation followed by @henriettadevine ‘s sound bathing session, it was awesome!
@carriebedz created an environment of connection with a very dynamic exercise that got people sharing and laughing with each other.
Then @tarengrewall took us on a movement journey that prepared us for the cold plunge.
@brookejillianyantzi started the dance party on the main room for all of our guest that were waiting for their cold dip turn.
@tyrellmara led a fantastic ice bath journey full of motivation, knowledge and science.
