About Us

The Cold Plunge Crew is not a business. We are a diverse group of people who have bonded over Cold Exposure since 2017.

We host Free weekly in-person meet ups that include a short hike, meditation, breathwork and a cold dip.

All our large events are organized and run entirely by volunteers, with 100% of the profits donated to charity. CPC’s events are always alcohol & drug free.

We partner with aligned local brands, studios, and facilitators to create fun and unique fundraising events in Vancouver, B.C.

Our Goal

Our goal is to build community connection while supporting causes we’re passionate about and make a difference where we can. All of our events are Volunteer and sponsor based and 100% of the proceeds go towards a feature Cause that we donate to.
